I move between the walls of the home. I observe how it feels to move from one space to another. I come to a door that leads me into a new space. A new material leads me to another.
What is space and how do we define space?
In my degree project, I investigate as an interior designer how we can create spaces in homes and how we confront these spaces with our bodies and with our senses. In my investigation, I question how we communicate the transition between different spaces.
Jag rör mig mellan hemmets väggar. Jag är uppmärksam på hur det känns att ta mig från ett rum till ett annat. Jag möter en dörr som leder mig in till ett nytt rum, ett nytt material leder mig till ett annat.
Vad är rum och hur definierar vi rum?
I mitt examensarbete kommer jag som inredningsarkitekt ta reda på hur vi kan skapa rum i hem och hur vi möter dessa rum med våra kroppar och sinnen. Jag ifrågasätter i mitt undersökande hur vi kommunicerar övergången mellan olika rum.
